Island Cuisine is Maui's north shore Thai restaurant serving authentic Thai food. It is a family owned restaurant with the mother, Nui, growing all the vegetables on her farm up in Kula and the son, Kittinan, preparing the freah food in the kitchen in Paia. In addition to the traditional spring rolls, curries, papaya salad, pad thai, barbecued chicken, etc there are fresh fruit smoothies and fried bananas for dessert.
