AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD

Island Cuisine is the Thai food restaurant at Paia's Garden. Nui's son, Kit, runs the restaurant and is the masterful chef who creates the delicious dishes that you see in the photos.

All the vegetables are grown on the family farm up in Kula. The beef is from Maui ranches and the fish is caught off the back of the property, or else from a friend's fishing boat. You can't get any fresher than that!

You can sit in the outdoor booth out front or take your food around back and sit next to the ocean at one of the picnic tables or in the gazebo. Have a fruit smoothie or bring your own wine and beer and make a picnic of it.
